Tool Purchase Grant for the Construction Workers

This is a welfare scheme run by the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Welfare Board under the Labour Department of West Bengal. It provides a one-time cash reimbursement to registered construction workers to help them purchase tools needed for their work. The scheme supports workers who have been registered with the Board for at least 6 months.
