Bhima Bhoi Bhinnakshyama Samarthya Abhiyan

Bhima Bhoi Bhinnakshyama Samarthya Abhiyan (BBSA) is an umbrella scheme run by the Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (SSEPD) Department, Government of Odisha. The scheme aims to promote inclusivity, empowerment, and equal opportunities for marginalized communities, with special focus on persons with disabilities and socially disadvantaged groups. It works towards socio-economic rehabilitation and ensuring equal participation in society.
