Self Education for the Construction Workers

This scheme helps construction workers improve their skills and education through distance learning courses. Run by the BOCW (Building and Other Construction Workers) Welfare Board under the Labour Department of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, it supports workers who want to pursue self-education while continuing their work. The scheme reimburses course fees and provides incentives to encourage workers to complete their degrees.
