Rural Technology Complex

The Rural Technology Complex is a scheme run by the Programme Implementation Department, Government of Uttarakhand. It aims to improve livelihoods in the Himalayan region by promoting the use of local, environment-friendly, and practical technologies. The scheme focuses on skill development and training through Self-Help Groups to help rural communities adopt sustainable technologies suited to their needs.
