Merit Cum Means Linked Financial Assistance Scheme

This is a Delhi government scheme that provides financial assistance to students based on both academic merit and financial need. It is run by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi to ensure that talented students from economically weaker backgrounds can access quality higher education at Delhi State Universities.
