Agriculture Information Unit Scheme

The Agriculture Information Unit Scheme is run by the Government of Meghalaya to help farmers and agricultural extension workers learn modern and scientific farming methods. The scheme spreads agricultural knowledge through printed materials like pamphlets and leaflets, radio and television broadcasts, and community programs such as exhibitions and seminars. Its main goal is to improve farming practices and increase awareness among the farming community about better cultivation techniques.
