This scheme provides financial support to Scheduled Caste students pursuing courses at Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) in Haryana. Launched in 2017-18 by the Department of Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes, it is implemented through the Skill Development and Industrial Training Department.
