The 'Modular Reflective Folding Sticks (Smartcane)' scheme was launched by the Department for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Govt. of Tamil Nadu. The scheme aims to distribute modular reflective folding sticks to needy visually impaired persons for self-orientation & independent mobility.
