Construction of Hostels for OBC Boys and Girls

This is a central government scheme run by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment to build hostel facilities for OBC (Other Backward Classes) students. The scheme helps boys and girls from backward communities, especially from rural areas, access secondary and higher education by providing them safe hostel accommodation near educational institutions.
