National Beekeeping & Honey Mission

The National Beekeeping & Honey Mission (NBHM) is a central government scheme run by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare to promote scientific beekeeping across India. Launched as part of the Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan, it aims to develop the beekeeping sector and achieve the 'Sweet Revolution' goal. The scheme is implemented through the National Bee Board (NBB) and supports beekeepers, farmers, entrepreneurs, and startups interested in honey production.
