Prime Minister’s Scholarship Scheme for the Wards of Central Armed Police Forces & Assam Rifles

This is a scholarship scheme run by the Ministry of Home Affairs to help children and widows of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) and Assam Rifles personnel get higher education. The scheme supports technical and professional courses to encourage quality education among the dependents of these brave personnel. It has been active since 2006-07.
