Who Can Apply
- Gender: Male only
- Age: 4–100 years
- Must be a widow of a deceased Ex-Serviceman, or child of an Ex-Serviceman
- Children must be pursuing education up to graduation level (maximum two children covered)
- Widow applicants must be pursuing post-graduation degree
- Applicant must not have exceeded the age limit as per scheme guidelines
- Must provide proof of Ex-Serviceman status or widow status of Ex-Serviceman
