Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana - Gramin
Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana - Gramin (PMAY-G) is the central government's flagship housing scheme launched on 1st April 2016. It is run by the Ministry of Rural Development to help rural families build their own homes. The scheme aims to reduce housing shortage and provide safe, dignified housing to poor and vulnerable households in rural areas across India.

Who Can Apply
- Gender: Male only

- Female member of household should preferably be the owner
- Family income must be below the specified state limit (varies by state)
