One Time Grant For Media Personality
This is a financial assistance scheme run by the Information and Public Relations Department of the Assam government. It provides one-time monetary grants to journalists working in the state. Each year, the scheme supports twenty selected journalists with financial aid to recognize their contribution to media and journalism.

- Age: 40–100 years
- Residence: Assam residents only
- Must be a working journalist in Assam
- Must be selected by the Information and Public Relations Department
- Preference may be given based on merit and contribution to journalism
