Who Can Apply
- Age: 18–100 years
- Residence: Puducherry residents only
- Artisan must have participated in National or International handicraft exhibitions or fairs for at least 3 years

- Must be engaged in handicraft production or related artisan work
- Individual artisan or micro/small enterprise owner
