Hearing Aid Grant (Sainik Welfare)
This scheme, run by the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund under the Department of Sainik Welfare in Puducherry, provides financial assistance to Ex-Servicemen (ESM) and widows of ESM for purchasing hearing aids.
