Who Can Apply
- Age: 18–60 years
- Residence: Assam residents only
- Must be a registered construction or building worker
- Must have permanent disability from paralysis, leprosy, TB, accident, or similar causes
- Must be a resident of Assam
- Disability must prevent the worker from earning livelihood
