Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana
✓ Information verified — June 2026The government of Odisha is committed to providing Pucca houses to all the rural households living in Kutcha houses. State Government with a view to achieving this objective launched “Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana (BPGY)” during the year 2014.

Who Can Apply
- Age: 1–100 years
- Residence: Odisha residents only
- Must be a resident of Odisha
- Must be living in a kutcha (temporary/mud) house
- Should belong to a rural household
- Must not already own a pucca house
- Priority given to Below Poverty Line (BPL) and disadvantaged families
- May have income or asset limits (vary by district)
