This scheme helps poor families belonging to Scheduled Castes in Puducherry. It gives money to parents so they can send their daughters to school instead of having them work. The goal is to stop child labor and keep SC girls in school by supporting their families financially.

- Gender: Female only
- Age: 8–60 years
- Residence: Puducherry residents only
- Family must belong to Scheduled Caste (SC) community
- Girl child must be of school-going age
- Family must be in Puducherry state
- Family income should be below the poverty line or meet state criteria
- Girl child should be enrolled in or willing to enroll in school
