Assistance to Disabled Persons for Purchase/Fitting of Aids and Appliances (NIEPVD Dehradun)
This scheme, run by NIEPVD (National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disability) Dehradun under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, provides free assistive devices and aids to persons with disabilities.
