Who Can Apply
- Age: 17–21 years
- Residence: Meghalaya residents only
- Must be a resident of Meghalaya
- Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination
- Must meet the minimum qualifying marks set by the respective Agricultural University
- Age eligibility as per university norms
