Supply of Prosthetic Appliances to Differently Abled Persons

This scheme, run by the Department of Social Welfare in Puducherry, provides prosthetic appliances (artificial limbs and mobility aids) to differently-abled persons at no cost. The goal is to help people with disabilities improve their mobility and participate more actively in daily life. Prosthetic appliances are custom-made devices that replace or support lost or damaged body parts.
