State Award for the Welfare of the Handicapped

This is a recognition award given by the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Puducherry. The award honors individuals and organizations working for the welfare and empowerment of persons with disabilities. Recipients are recognized every year on 3rd December to encourage economic productivity and support for people with disabilities.
